To support our TeleHealth evaluations, we have a team of trained Medical Assistants who assist throughout the entire process, from pre-evaluation preparations to post-evaluation follow-up. Depending on the physician’s preferences, the Medical Assistant can handle paperwork and testing, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Additionally, the Medical Assistant will work with the applicant to ensure that their device is compatible and that their camera is properly set up, minimizing any disruptions or delays during the evaluation.
Our ultimate goal is to provide a TeleHealth evaluation that is comparable to an in-person visit, delivering the same level of accuracy and detail without any unnecessary complications or delays.
